Overcame a devastating knee injury her freshman year and three surgeries to become one of North Dakota State’s top performers in the paint...NDSU was 97-24 and advanced to three NCAA tournaments during her career...Kodak All-District first team and All-North Central Conference first team in 1988...MVP of the 1988 NCAA quarterfinal vs. St. Joseph’s (Ind.) and was all-tournament in the preceding NCAA regional...Three-time Academic All-NCC selection and three-time NCC Player of the Week...Averaged 11.5 points per game and finished her career with 1,142 points and 809 rebounds in 99 career games...Once scored 26 points with 21 rebounds against archrival North Dakota...Ranked among the school’s leaders in blocked shots and field-goal percentage...Grew up on a dairy farm in rural New York Mills, Minn., the youngest of four children...Graduated from NDSU in 1988 with a degree in business administration.
