Stefanie Kelly, a North Dakota State University 1998 graduate, joined the NDSU athletic department in 2017 with more than 12 years of experience in planning and executing a broad range of fundraising initiatives in higher education; including developing and nurturing relationships with donors, prospects and corporate partners.

Most recently, Kelly served as a director of development for the NDSU Foundation and Alumni Association. She also served as a development professional for Carleton College in Northfield, Minn., where she led the Carleton Athletic Initiative, and for the athletic department at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Prior to her career in development, Kelly served as head coach for the women’s track and field team at Minnesota State Mankato, and held various athletic administration positions.

Kelly was a member of the NDSU track and field team as a student and looks forward to representing the Bison again. She and her husband, Jason, reside in the Twin Cities with their two daughters, Taylor and Skylar.
