Bison Cross Country Races at Roy Griak Invitational Friday

The North Dakota State University women's and men's cross country teams will compete at the Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the University of Minnesota on Friday, Sept. 18.

The six-kilometer college women's race will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Fort Snelling Golf Course in Fort Snelling, Minn. The men's 8k is scheduled to follow at 11:15 a.m.

The Bison are coming off a sweep of the team titles at the Marauders Opener in Bismarck on Sept. 11. Jade Rypkema, Logan Harz and Reagan Berg led the NDSU women's squad, while Ethan Moe, Will Gerber and Regan Bosch paced the Bison men.

The Bison women took fifth place as a team last season, led by a ninth-place finish from Reagan Baesler. The NDSU men finished eighth at last year's Roy Griak Invitational, led by Gerber as the top finisher.
