Experienced goaltender transfering from the University of Minnesota... Started a total of 29 matches for the Gophers in 2002 and 2003... Carried a career 1.63 goals-against average and a .786 save percentage... Had a two-year record of 12-14-1 with 158 saves versus 43 goals allowed.
2003 Season (Sophomore): Started 12 matches in goal for the Gophers and ranked third in the Big Ten with 5.42 saves per game... Had eight complete games with a 5-6-1 record.
2002 Season (Freshman): Named team’s Most Valuable Defensive Player after starting 17 games in goal after earning four shutouts with 93 saves and a 1.23 goals-against average... Had a record of 7-8 on the season... Saw limited playing time in the second half of the season due to a knee injury... Had a career high 13 saves against Michigan (9/29).
High School: Graduated in 2002 from Chaplin High School where she earned All-Conference selection and team MVP for her junior and senior seasons... Played club soccer for the Twin Cities Fire.
Personal: Daughter of Michael and Connie Kopietz... Plans to study criminal justice at NDSU.
