Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 2nd in the shot put at the Summit League Championships…Season and personal best of 56-10.75 (17.34m) in the weight throw at the Bison Team Cup…Season best 51-0 (15.54m) in the shot put at the SDSU Indoor Classic…Finished season ranked 10th in NDSU for shot put.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 3rd in the discus at the Summit League Championships, where she set a season and personal best of 154-0 (46.93m)…Also placed 2nd in shot put and 6th in hammer throw at the Summit League Championships…Finished 1st in shot put at the NDSU Tune-Up and the NDSU Spring Classic…Season and personal best of 51-03.75 (15.64m) in the shot put and 187-07 (57.19m) in the hammer throw…Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in shot put and hammer throw, finished 42nd and 36th respectively…Finished season ranked 9th in NDSU history for shot put and 9th in NDSU history for discus.

Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 4th in the discus at the Summit League Championships … Also finished 9th in the hammer throw and 10th in the shot put at the conference meet … Discus season-best of 143-4 (43.69m) at the Summit League Championships … Season-best marks of 168-3 (51.29m) in the hammer and 45-02.25 (13.77m) in the shot put.

High School: Minnesota Class AAA state champion in the shot put as a senior in 2022, throwing a personal-best 45-2 … Placed 3rd in the discus at the Minnesota state meet as a senior, owning a personal-best of 140-1 … Conference and section champion in both throwing events … State runner-up in the discus as a junior in 2021.
