McCormick Wrestling Room
The McCormick Wrestling Room is the training facility for North Dakota State University's wrestling program, which competes in the Big 12 Conference.
Â
Located on the second floor of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex, the wrestling room is conveniently located adjacent to the team locker room, which features a lounge area, study table, sauna, showers and individual lockers for each student-athlete.
The McCormick Wrestling Room features two full size wrestling circles with additional space for training. A strength and conditioning area overlooks the wrestling mat with several free weights, machines and cardiovascular equipment.
Outside the locker room and McCormick Wrestling Room, the program's national champions, All-Americans and conference placewinners are on display in the building's north hallway.
Â
The SHAC (pronounced "shack") is the main hub for all NDSU student-athletes, where Bison wrestlers also have access to the Dr. Frank and Margie Meyers Academic Center, Sanford Sports Medicine Suite, and the NDSU weight room, which includes the Gate City Bank Fueling Station.
