Â
Postseason Scenarios
North Dakota State can clinch the top spot in Pod A, and advance straight to the semifinals, with a victory over South Dakota State. However, a tie against the Jackrabbits would see SDSU claim the top spot and the Bison take second in the Pod, securing a home game in the first round. If USD doesn't win, NDSU also claims the second spot, but a loss from NDSU and a win from USD would see the Bison fall to the three seed.
Â
Series History
The Bison face South Dakota State for the 35th time in series history. NDSU trails in the series with a 12-18-4 record against the Jackrabbits. The Bison fell in the last meeting in Brookings between the two teams, 0-2, but the teams tied 0-0 earlier this season in Fargo.

In the 12th minute, Mulberry lined up a free kick from inside the halfway line and put it on target, going through the hands of Coyotes goalkeeper Campbell Fischer to give the Bison an early lead. Earlier this season she joined a small group of Bison goalkeepers to record an assist.
