Andy Ryckman is in his first season as the Director of Soccer Operations for the NDSU women's soccer team, after starting the position on July 1, 2026.
Ryckman spent the two previous seasons as a student manager with the program, assisting primarily in practices and operations.
Ryckman graduated from NDSU in the Spring of 2026 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree from NDSU.
