FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State women's soccer team capped the delayed 2020-21 season with a 3-1 victory over Oral Roberts on Sunday afternoon inside the Dacotah Field Bubble.

The Bison ended the season with a final record of 7-8-1, playing exclusively Summit League matches.

NDSU went ahead 2-0 in the first half on Sunday, with a pair of Bison freshmen both notching the first goals of their careers.
Kelsey Kallio scored in the 17th minute, and
Aliya Owens netted one in the 32nd minute.

Olivia Lovick assisted on the first Bison goal, and
Taylore Simmons and Kallio assisted on the second.

ORU cut the margin to 2-1 in the 70th minute on a rebound goal from Mia Kitterman.

Lovick sealed the victory for NDSU with a goal in the final minute, outracing the Golden Eagles nearly the length of the field after ORU brought its goalkeeper up in a last-ditch effort.

NDSU outshot ORU in the match, 17-14. Lovick put three shots on goal to lead the Bison.
