Match Day Information
Doors to enter the arena and the ticket office will open in the south lobby of the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse 60 minutes prior to game time. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the arena.
Student Tickets
NDSU students can claim free tickets to all home regular season NDSU Volleyball games (while supplies last). To claim your free NDSU student tickets, visit GoBison.com/Students.
Away Match Ticket Information
Tickets for away games will only be sold through the opponent’s ticket office. Please visit their website for ticket availability.
Parking
Volleyball event parking is available free of charge after 4:30 p.m. weekdays and all day Saturday, Sunday and holidays in faculty/staff parking lots CF and W to the west and north of the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse. For weekday matches before 4:30 p.m. paid parking is available in Visitors Lot E one block west of the fieldhouse. Street parking is not allowed on the NDSU campus, except in designated 30-minute zones.

Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 3 years and older need a ticket to enter the arena.
Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the NDSU Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.
Will Call
Will call tickets can be picked up at the south entrance of the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse on game day or during regular business hours at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex prior to game day. Identification is required for all tickets picked up at will call.
Replacement Ticket Policy
Please handle your tickets with care. The Athletic Ticket Office will charge full price plus a non-refundable processing charge of $5.00 for all replacement tickets issued. This includes tickets that are lost, stolen or left at home. If the original tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 10 days of the event, a refund will be made for the full price of the tickets. This service is available to season ticket holders and single-game mail orders, telephone and online buyers of record. It does not apply to over-the-counter purchases since no location record exists for those orders. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if remaining portions can be recognized and the location can be identified.
