
Foltz, Reckelberg Highlight NDSU Men at Dakota Alumni Classic

FARGO, N.D. – Several performances that rank among the top 10 in school history headlined the efforts of the North Dakota State men's track & field team at the Dakota Alumni Classic on Thursday.
Sophomore Kaleb Foltz won the 600m in 1:19.51 to rank third-fastest in NDSU history in the event. Freshman Zackery Bruder took second in 1:20.31, ranking eighth all-time at NDSU.
Freshman Carter Reckelberg won the long jump in his collegiate debut, jumping 24-06.25 (7.47m) for a new meet record. He now ranks sixth in NDSU indoor history.
Sophomore Tyler Milkes took first in the 200m dash in 21.95. Freshman Josh Berger won the 400m dash in 49.69.
Freshman Joshua Kyei-Baffour claimed the 60m hurdles title in 8.16.
Sophomore Aaron Cummings cleared 15-09.75 (4.82m) to win the pole vault.
Kaden Pastian won the shot put with a mark of 58-03.75 (17.77m). Thomas Huneke was the runner-up in the weight throw with a mark of 57-9 (17.60m). Freshman Paul Hoekman took third in the shot put at 55-08.50 (16.98m).
Jeran McNichols posted the top time in the 60m dash prelims at 6.88.
Zach McGlynn leads the Dakota Alumni Classic heptathlon with 3,208 points through four events, going 23-06.25 (7.17m) in the long jump and 6-9 (2.06m) in the high jump.
