North Dakota State Track & Field Announces 2026-27 Meet Schedule

The North Dakota State University track & field program announced its meet schedule Wednesday for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

The Bison will host four indoor meets, beginning with the Dakota Alumni Classic on Dec. 10-11 and concluding with the Summit League Indoor Championships in Fargo on Feb. 26-27.

NDSU is scheduled to host two outdoor meets – the NDSU Spring Classic on Apr. 15-16, and the NDSU Tune-Up on May 7.

The Summit League Outdoor Championships will be held in Grand Forks on May 13-15.

One new addition to NDSU's indoor slate this year is the Don Kirby Elite meet hosted by the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, N.M., on Feb. 12-13. The Bison will also send a group to the David Hemery Valentine Invite hosted by Boston University that weekend.

Outdoors, new meets for the Bison include the Clyde Hart Classic hosted by Baylor (Waco, Texas / Mar. 26-27), the Duke Invitational (Durham, N.C. / Apr. 7-10), the Texas A&M Alumni Muster (College Station, Texas / Apr. 30-May 1), and the Payton Jordan Invitational (Stanford, Calif. / Apr. 30-May 1).

The 2027 NCAA Indoor Championships will be hosted by Arkansas, and the NCAA Outdoor Championships will return to Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Â
