Brian Gordon spent 11 seasons at North Dakota State University, including six as the director of football operations and equipment services, before taking a job as associate commissioner of the Colonial Athletic Association.

Gordon handled all operational aspects of the football program including scheduling and all arrangements at the Fargodome for Bison home games. He also oversaw the Dacotah Field Bubble and equipment services for all intercollegiate sports.

Gordon previously was an assistant equipment manager for two years at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he earned bachelor's degrees in political science and criminology.  He is currently pursuing a master's degree in public administration.

He has interned with the U.S. Attorney's office in Washington and is a certified member of the Athletic Equipment Managers Association.

He and his wife, Marie, have a son, Eli.
