Lee Pronschinske spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons with the North Dakota State University football staff in the defensive quality control position before accepting a job as defensive coordinator at Minot State University.
Pronschinske was the tight ends and fullbacks coach at Winona State in 2018 and the safeties coach at Emporia State in 2019 before spending three months at Northern State in the winter of 2020 as a defensive backs coach.
Originally from Arcadia, Wis., he played safety and outside linebacker at Winona State, where he earned a degree in individualized studies.
