Seven-time NCAA Division II All-American including two runner-up finishes in the 4x400-meter relay...12-time North Central Conference champion winning six titles indoors and six outdoors competing in the 60, 200, 4x100 and 4x400...Competed in NCAA championship events in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay in three years of Division  II eligibility...Holds the distinction of being the last NDSU athlete to compete in the school’s Division II era as the anchor leg of the 4x400 relay that placed second in the 2004 outdoor championships...Set nine NDSU records...Still holds indoor records in the 55 meters (6.28), 60 meters (6.74), 200 meters (21.44), 4x200 relay (1:28.85), 4x400 relay (3:10.24) and held the record in the 300 meters for 15 years...Outdoors, he held NDSU records for the 400 meters (46.69), 4x200 relay (1:24.06) and 4x400 relay (3:07.75), with the 400m and 4x400 records lasting until 2022...Ran on six of the seven fastest 4x100 relays and the three fastest 4x200 relays in school history...Two-time Drake Relays champion...Set the Schlanser Track record in the 400 meters (46.69)...In football, 2002 All-NCC honorable mention wide receiver...Had an NDSU freshman-record 749 receiving yards in 2002, still 10th most overall in NDSU single-season history...Career-high 180 yards receiving on five catches at Omaha in 2002...Leading receiver and kickoff returner for the 2002 Bison...Made 37 catches for 749 yards with five touchdowns and 21 kick returns for 411 yards, the second most returns and fourth most yards in school history at the time...Represented NDSU at the 2005 NCAA Leadership Conference in Orlando...Earned a degree in physical education...Played four years of professional indoor football...12-time USA Track and Field Masters All-American...Competed at the 2018 and 2019 masters world championships in Spain and Poland...Inducted into the Wisconsin Track Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2019...Eight-time state champion at Milwaukee Vincent High School...2001 Wisconsin Track Coaches Association and Gatorade Male Athlete of the Year...Has coached track for 10 years at Milwaukee Vincent, including three years as head coach...Also served as an assistant track coach for one year at Concordia University...Employed as a driver for FedEx...Resides in Oak Creek, Wis., with his wife, Stacy, and son, Amari.
