FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State University women's track & field team claimed 10 event titles, including three from senior sprinter
Antoinette Goodman and two from junior thrower
Emily Lesser, at the season-opening Dakota Duals Classic hosted inside the Shelly Ellig Indoor Track & Field Facility on Friday evening.
NDSU went a perfect 3-0 in the dual team scoring, topping the University of Mary, North Dakota and South Dakota State.
Goodman won titles in the 60m dash, 300m dash and long jump to open her senior campaign. She set new facility records in the 60m dash (7.68 seconds) and 300m dash (40.03 seconds), and took the long jump crown with a mark of 18-11.25 (5.77m).
Lesser won the shot put and the weight throw to sweep the women's throwing events. Her winning mark of 60-04.00 (18.39m) in the weight throw moved her up to No. 3 on the NDSU all-time list in the event, and she took the shot put title with a throw of 47-00.25 (14.33m) to top the rest of the field by nearly three feet.

Paige Stratioti won the 600m run in 1:35.24, freshman Jenny Guibert won her debut in the 800m in 2:15.42, and sophomore
Erin Teschuk took first in the mile with a time of 4:59.89 for a new Dakota Duals record.

Brittany Stangl cleared 11-05.75 (3.50m) to lead a 1-2-3 sweep of the pole vault for the Bison women. Sophomore

Caitlin Mack were second and third, respectively, clearing the same height.

Lexy Boschee earned her first career title in the pentathlon, scoring 3,338 points. She posted the top pentathlon shot put mark at 33-04.00 (10.16m) and was second-best in the high jump (5-06.00) and long jump (17-04.00).
Redshirt freshman
Amy Andrushko took runner-up honors in the 800m with a time of 2:15.63. Stratioti, Guibert, Andrushko and freshman Dustlynn Kaine teamed up for a second-place finish in the 4x400m relay, crossing the line in 3:54.50.
Redshirt freshman
Katelyn Weimerskirch placed third in both the weight throw and shot put, recording new personal bests in each event.
NDSU will compete next when it hosts the Bison Classic on Jan. 18.
