Outdoor (Senior): All-Summit League performer in the 400m hurdles, placing 3rd at the Summit League Championships in a career-best time of 53.46 … Also ran on NDSU’s 3rd-place 4x400m relay at the conference meet … Won the 400m hurdles at the Cobber Twilight (55.25) and at the Kip Janvrin Open (55.33).
2016-17 SEASON
Indoor (Junior): Posted season-best times of 51.53 in the 400m dash and 1:22.88 in the 600m.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 6th in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Championships, running a personal-best time of 54.47 in the final … Clocked 54.55 in the 400m hurdles at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on Mar. 18 and 54.71 at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 15 … Also ran 15.84 in the 110m hurdles at the Lyle Hokanson Classic on Apr. 22.
