2007-08 SEASON
Indoor (Sophomore): Finished fifth in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with a score of 4,550, which is fifth on the all-time performance charts...Time of 36.01 in the 300 puts him eighth on the all-time charts.
Outdoor (Junior): Came in second in the decathlon at the Hurricane Invitational and Summit League Championships...Score of 6,576 at the Summit League Championhsips is ninth on the all-time performance charts...Also finished second in the javelin at the Summit League Championships.
2006-07 SEASON
Indoor (Freshman): Placed twice in the heptathlon with a sixth place finish at the Bison Open and a fifth place finish in Nebraska... Won the 500 dash at the Bison Classic in a time of 1:07.07... Finished third in the 60 dash at the Dakota Duals and fourth in the shot put.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished third at the Division I Independent Championships in the decathlon... Shattered his own personal best with a score of 6,309 points to finish second in the Bison Classic decathlon... Also placed fourth in the 400 (51.01) and second in the javelin (183-4) at the Independent meet.
2005-06 SEASON
Indoor: Redshirt.
Outdoor (Freshman): In his first competition of the year, placed third in the decathlon at the Division I independent championships with a score of 5,294 points... Scoring 737 points in the event, had the fastest 400 time among multi-event athletes with a 51.71.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Roseau High School in 2004... As a senior, was a member of the school record 800-meter relay team... Named co-captain his final year... Three-year letterwinner in track & field and basketball... All-conference performer and team MVP as a guard/forward on the hardwood.
PERSONAL: Son of Richard and Becky Sellheim... Family includes one sister, Kirsten... Majoring in pharmacy.
