2022-23 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Among NDSU’s top 5 finishers at all six meets on the season … Placed 13th at the Summit League Championships to earn All-Summit League second team honors … No. 3 runner for the Bison at the conference meet … Won the season-opening UND Ron Pynn Classic on Sept. 2, running 17:56.4 for the 6k course … Top finisher for the Bison at the Roy Griak Invitational … Personal-best 8k time of 23:39.9 at the Summit League Championships.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 3000m and 6th in the mile at the Summit League Championships … Personal-best 3000m time of 8:14.06 at the conference meet, ranking 3rd in NDSU indoor history … Ranked 7th in school history with his mile PR of 4:07.77 at the Jim Emmerich Invite.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in two meets, clocking a season-best of 3:51.77 in the 1500m at Stanford.
2021-22 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in three meets for the Bison … No. 7 finisher for NDSU at the season-opening UND Ron Pynn Classic on Sept. 4.
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 6th in the mile and 9th in the 3000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships … Personal-best mile time of 4:11.00 at the conference meet … Personal-best 3000m time of 8:20.95 at the conference meet, ranking 10th-fastest in NDSU indoor history.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 4th in the 1500m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, running a personal-best 3:48.54 … Ranks 8th in NDSU history for the 1500m … Also took 11th in the 5000m at the conference meet.
