HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter for coach Lance Pederson at Clear Creek Amana...Team captain...Three-time first team all-district including MVP and Defensive Lineman of the Year honors as a senior...Had 130 career tackles with 86 solo stops and 5.5 sacks...Also played tight end...All-conference basketball player...Also competes in track and field.

PERSONAL: Majoring in physical education...Parents are Brandon and Molly...Father played basketball at Simpson college...Older sister, Calia, plays volleyball at Northern Iowa...Also has a brother, Cooper.
